Property Management Services Update
With just over two months now into trading as an individual, things are travelling exceptionally well and it is lovely to have full control back of your property where I can provide the exclusive service I expect to provide to my owners and tenants.
A well managed property reflects in an office where there is calm without the chaos, no complaints and more compliments from those who have seen the difference !
Owners are now benefiting from weekly disbursements to assist with their cash flow – paid every Friday without delay.
Rent arrears are totally under control with no tenant more than 2 days late!
Reported maintenance is handled the same day with direction and consultation with the owners.
Inspections are on task and still being efficiently completed by my wonderful inspection officer Kate.
However, I would love to hear from you if you feel there is a service lacking that I may not be aware of?
