Sue Heggs Property Management are excited to announce the opening of our second office in Mindarie from the 20th May 2019.
As our agency continues to experience growth with the continual referrals from current clients, primarily for our exclusive and personalised service, we have outgrown the Yanchep office.
I will be working between Yanchep and Mindarie, however Paula and Lisa will be based at Mindarie full time.
This is an exciting time for us as we are up against a few of the large franchises in these areas and hoping to expand our portfolio to obtain more rentals in the Burns Beach, Mindarie, Jindalee and surrounding areas.
As I am local to Yanchep, I will continue to expand this area and continue to work closely with the community.
Our new office will be right opposite the Mindarie Marina.
As we will not have a full time receptionist, the office is open by appointment only – so if you did want to come by at any time to say hello and have a personal chat about your property, please feel free to come on by.
